Since my Birthday was a Monday I decided to take the day off, it turned out to be a beautiful day full of sunshine and almost 70 degrees. For lunch I headed to one of my favorite spots here in Simsbury Plan B Burger Bar. Plan B is great concept that pairs gourmet burgers and American micro brews on tap. My first beer of the day was G’Knight Imperial Red Ale by Oskar Blues of Lyons Colorado.
My burger was the day’s special which was a chicken burger topped by the filling from their jalapeno poppers, swiss cheese and bacon. Yum! Peeking into the background here is a Pig’s Ear Brown Ale by Woodstock Inn Brewery of New Hampshire
